At 25th Allerton we believe Scouting should be for everyone. Our Equality, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI) Policy sets out our promise to welcome every child, young person and adult, no matter their background, ability, faith, gender, or circumstances.
This means we will:
Make reasonable adjustments so everyone can take part fully
Celebrate the diverse backgrounds and achievements of our members
Challenge discrimination and prejudice whenever it arises
Provide leaders with training and resources on inclusion
Work with families to understand additional needs and support each young person
We’re proud to live out the values of fairness, kindness and respect — making sure Scouting remains a place where everyone belongs.
