At 25th Allerton we believe Scouting should be for everyone. Our Equality, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI) Policy sets out our promise to welcome every child, young person and adult, no matter their background, ability, faith, gender, or circumstances.

This means we will:

• Celebrate the diverse backgrounds and achievements of our members

• Challenge discrimination and prejudice whenever it arises

• Provide leaders with training and resources on inclusion

• Work with families to understand additional needs and support each young person
