Our Story – Scouting in Allerton Since 1951
Welcome to 25th Allerton Scout Group, proudly serving the L19 community for nearly 75 years. Located at The Scout Hut, St Mary’s Road, L19 0NE, our group is home to over 90 young people and dedicated volunteers who are driven by adventure, friendship, and personal growth.
We’re part of Liverpool South District of Merseyside Scouts, and affiliated with The Scout Association—a national charity committed to developing confidence, leadership, and life skills in young people. Our core values—Integrity, Respect, Care, Belief, Cooperation—guide everything we do.

We’ve welcomed 10 new young people this year, and continue to be one of Liverpool South District’s most vibrant Scout Groups.

We offer tailored activities for every age:
Squirrels (4–6 years): First discoveries through play
Beavers (6–8 years): Confidence building through games and teamwork
Cubs (8–10½ years): Exploring new skills and independence
Scouts (10½–14 years): Leadership, challenge, and outdoor adventure
Regular Fun, Real Development
With meetings every Monday to Thursday evening, young people have the opportunity to build friendships, develop skills, and engage consistently in a variety of adventures.

25th Allerton has helped my son build friendships, learn new skills and help the local community.
My son has learnt life skills taught by passionate, dedicated, enthusiastic and professional volunteers in a safe and secure environment.
My daughters love coming each week. The team are really supportive and care greatly about giving the best possible opportunities.
