Zane’s Christmas Card Lights Up South Liverpool

Huge congratulations to Cub Scout Zane, whose festive artwork will be brightening doorsteps all across our local community this Christmas.

We are very proud to share that Zane has won a Christmas card design competition held by local councillor and 25th Allerton Ambassador, Richard Clein. Young people were invited to create a design for his Cressington and Grassendale ward Christmas card, and Zane’s picture was chosen as the winner.

His design will now be printed and posted through more than ten thousand letterboxes across South Liverpool this Christmas. That means families, neighbours and friends right across the area will see a Christmas card created by one of our very own Cubs at 25th Allerton Scout Group.

Competitions like this are a lovely chance for our young people to share their creativity and grow in confidence. It is also a wonderful way to show how Scouting links into the wider community, with our Ambassadors and supporters helping young people to shine.
