At 25th Allerton, Scouting is all about adventure, teamwork and fun. To make sure everyone feels safe, welcome and respected, we have a Behaviour Policy that sets clear expectations for young people, volunteers and families.

It encourages:

  • Respect, honesty and good manners

  • Teamwork and responsibility

  • Staying calm, safe and fair

  • Having fun without hurting others

We follow a simple system of reminders and clear steps if behaviour slips, always working with parents to support young people. Our approach is firm but fair, designed to help everyone learn and grow while keeping our group safe and happy.
